MENTORING AND CAREER COACHING PROGRAM (MACC)
The Mentoring and Career Coaching Program is a comprehensive custom designed mentoring and career coaching program for corporations and colleges / universities.
A custom curriculum is designed to fit the need of your employee's work force. Below you will find a brief synopsis of the type of intellectual property offered through our MACC program.
Assessment Deliverables:
B & A will facilitate the delivery of the Interest / value and job skill assessments to the protégé’s along with debriefing the reports for clarity and understanding. The following will be provided from the feedback of the assessments.
1. Provide protégé’s with constructive feedback on strengths and weaknesses and provide an action plan for opportunity areas
2. Assist protégé’s in determining the why factor of their actions to enhancedecision making around career choices
3. Determine core goals and values for career path development
4. Measure stress ratios as it relates to normal behavior vs. adaptive behavior in order to avoid health risks
5. Match students up with their corporate and general mentors for maximum benefit and development
Mentor Deliverables:
Mentors will be responsible for teaching the following 5 competencies to their protégé’s. General mentors will assist corporate mentors in the competency deliverables.
1. Present job description to protégé’s for base knowledge of your company's business issues through lecture / work with / ride with
2. ProvideTeam Building exercise for participating protégé’s that will entail research on your company's overall ability to serve customers better than your competition
3. Instruct protégé’s on how to write an Annual Business Plan (ABP) for overall business territory focusing on general customers and revenue goals
4. Implement effective communicating role play lecture offering each protégé the opportunity to present 5 minute product review to a potential client utilizing meaningful input from the audience during the communication
5. Present your company's problem solving technique for issues that arise during the execution of a planned activity in order to eliminate barriers. Allow protégé’s to share use of this technique through one of their on the job projects.
