BROWN AND ASSOCIATES  was founded by Phil Brown in 2000.  Phil has amassed more than 12  years of experience in the Fortune 500 community where he has led performance by breaking records in all managerial positions held.  He has been listed in Who's Who in business for over 6 years; he has broken sales records for 2 major corporations bolstering the largest sales growth nationally in two different industries.  After the corporate career he started a training and development firm, Brown & Associates as a certified behavioral specialist / career coach and a New Business Development liaison for a few nationally and internationally known corporations. 

Phil attended Tuskegee University where he received his B. S. in Marketing and a minor in Economics.  Phil is a member ofThe United Way Cole Society, National Sales Network, and The Winners Circle.   He has and continues to volunteer his time to help educate the communities on the importance of leveraging resources to provide solutions to challenges that face Atlanta and other major cities across the country.

Sonya Brown, Principal of Brown and Associates, brings an extremely rich educational background to the table.  Sonya has an educational career that spans well over 10 years.  She has taught at several levels ranging from early childhood to the University ranks.  Sonya's career began with early childhood where she looped with several classes giving her  unequivocal insight into the growth and development of students.  After a lengthy stint in early and middle grades, she taught classes at a University here in Georgia.  Sonya, a life long learner,  now continues her educational plight as a member of Brown and Associates.

Sonya attended Mississippi State University where she received her B.S. in Elementary Education. She also attended the University of Mississippi where she received her degree in Educational Leadership and Supervision.  She is a member of Phi Delta Kappa, Alpha Kappa Alpha, Inc., and National Sales Network.  Sonya  also continues to volunteer her time to help educate communities and work to provide solutions to all ages.
